Last updated: March 2026

Zero-Log VPN Provider. SwissGuard VPN is committed to protecting your privacy. We operate under a strict zero-log policy. Our company is based in the UAE, and all VPN traffic is routed through our Swiss infrastructure, benefiting from Switzerland's world-leading privacy protections.

1. Information We Collect

SwissGuard VPN collects only the minimum information necessary to provide and maintain our service. We collect the following:

  • Account information: Your email address and name, provided when you create an account.
  • Payment information: Payment details necessary to process your subscription. Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
  • Communication data: If you contact our support team, we retain the correspondence to resolve your issue and improve our service.
  • Basic usage analytics: Aggregate, anonymized data about app usage (such as which features are used most) to help us improve our products. This data cannot be tied to any individual user.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

This is the most important section of our privacy policy. SwissGuard VPN is a zero-log VPN provider. We do not and will never collect, store, or log any of the following:

  • Browsing history or the websites you visit
  • Connection logs or connection timestamps
  • Your original IP address
  • The VPN IP address assigned to you
  • DNS queries
  • Bandwidth data or transfer amounts
  • Session duration
  • Any content of your internet traffic

Our VPN servers operate on RAM-only infrastructure. This means no data is ever written to a physical hard drive, and all data is permanently erased when a server is powered off or restarted. We have designed our systems so that even if compelled, we have no user activity data to provide to any party.

3. How We Use Information

The limited information we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your SwissGuard VPN account.
  • To process payments and maintain your subscription.
  • To respond to your support requests and communicate with you about your account.
  • To send important service updates, security alerts, and administrative messages.
  • To improve our service based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns.
  • To comply with applicable UAE and Swiss legal obligations.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your account data is stored on encrypted servers located in Switzerland. We employ the following security measures:

  • AES-256 encryption for all stored data at rest.
  • TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit between your devices and our servers.
  • Regular security audits by independent third-party firms.
  • Strict access controls limiting which team members can access user account data.
  • VPN servers operating on RAM-only infrastructure with no physical storage of activity data.

VPN traffic data is routed through and processed by our Swiss infrastructure, benefiting from some of the strongest data protection laws in the world. Switzerland is not part of the EU, the Five Eyes, Nine Eyes, or Fourteen Eyes intelligence-sharing alliances. Our company operates from the UAE, with all VPN server infrastructure located in Switzerland and other privacy-friendly jurisdictions.

5. Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of trusted third-party services to operate SwissGuard VPN:

  • Payment processors: To securely handle subscription payments. These providers do not have access to your VPN activity.
  • Email delivery service: To send transactional emails such as account confirmations and password resets.
  • Analytics (optional): Privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns. This can be opted out of at any time.

We carefully vet all third-party providers and require them to meet our high standards for data protection. We do not share any VPN usage data with third parties, because we do not have any to share.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account:

  • Your account data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your deletion request.
  • Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations.
  • Support correspondence may be retained for up to 12 months for quality assurance purposes, after which it is deleted.

As a reminder, we never have any VPN activity data to retain or delete, because we never collect it in the first place.

7. Your Rights

SwissGuard VPN complies with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the following rights:

  • Right of access: You may request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
