Our VPN servers operate on RAM-only infrastructure. This means no data is ever written to a physical hard drive, and all data is permanently erased when a server is powered off or restarted. • Payment processors: To securely handle subscription payments. These providers do not have access to your VPN activity.
• Email delivery service: To send transactional emails such as account confirmations and password resets.
• Analytics (optional): Privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns. This can be opted out of at any time.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account:

• Your account data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your deletion request.
• Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations.
• Support correspondence may be retained for up to 12 months for quality assurance purposes, after which it is deleted.

As a reminder, we never have any VPN activity data to retain or delete, because we never collect it in the first place.
