To be eligible for our 30-day money-back guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- First-time purchase: The refund guarantee applies to your first subscription purchase with SwissGuard VPN. If you have previously held an account and received a refund, subsequent purchases are not covered under this guarantee.
- Within 30 days: Your refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of your original payment date. Requests received after this window will not be eligible for a guaranteed refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Processing Time
Once your refund request has been approved, the refund will be processed as follows:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (the credit card, debit card, or payment account used for the purchase).
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued on our end.

5. Exceptions
While we strive to make our refund policy as generous as possible, the following exceptions apply:
- Acceptable Use Policy violations: Accounts that have been terminated due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for any refund.
- Cryptocurrency payments: Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, payments made via cryptocurrency are non-refundable. At our sole discretion, we may offer account credit in lieu of a cash refund for cryptocurrency payments.
- Subscription renewals: Renewal payments (after your initial subscription period) are eligible for refunds on a case-by-case basis. We encourage you to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue using the service.
6. Chargebacks
